Job Description: NetSuite SuiteScript Developer

You will leverage your expertise in SuiteScript to automate processes, enhance functionality, and integrate NetSuite with other critical business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SuiteScript solutions (2.x) to automate business processes and extend NetSuite functionality.
• Customize and configure NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other internal and external systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite scripts, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom development and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of NetSuite upgrades and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to deliver effective NetSuite solutions.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with a strong focus on SuiteScript development (minimum of 1-3 years preferred).
• Solid understanding of NetSuite's data model, architecture, and customization capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Experience with NetSuite integration technologies such as SuiteTalk (SOAP and REST), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation) are advantageous.
