About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecom Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated'. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our telecommunications clients.Utilising your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a range of telecommunications products and services
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Continuously expanding your technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in using various software and telecommunication systems
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
