About the role

Utilising your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a range of telecommunications products and services
• Handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Continuously expanding your technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in using various software and telecommunication systems
• A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
