What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain & repair:
- Electrical Systems
- Air-conditioning Units
- Fire Protection/Alarm Systems
- Drainage Systems
- Implement electrical safety controls
- Follow maintenance procedures & schedules
- Coordinate with Building/Facilities Engineer
- Support pest control efforts (fogging, spraying, misting)
- Required to report Tayud, Opao Manadaue Warehouses and Lapu-Lapu Head Office
What We’re Looking For:
- Engineering graduate (Electrical preferred) or Registered Master Electrician
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Strong skills in electrical repair, protection and building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, welding, automotive & fabrication
- Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
