About the Role
The Medical Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving commercial success by promoting and delivering high-quality medical devices and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Cebu and Davao. This role combines strong clinical understanding, technical expertise, and strategic selling skills to support patient outcomes and institutional efficiency.Through proactive territory management, deep customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, you will serve as a trusted partner to the medical community while advancing the company’s mission to improve patient care.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Territory Management- Develop territory business plans to exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize prospective accounts.
- Conduct sales visits, demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Serve as primary contact for client inquiries.
- Provide tailored solutions and ensure loyalty.
- Educate customers on product use and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Act as subject matter expert in clinical discussions.
- Research market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Share insights with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Prepare reports on achievements and challenges.
- Track and analyze territory performance.
- Ensure activities comply with regulations and policies.
- Stay updated on medical product requirements.
- Promote safe and compliant product use.
- Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce.
- Track leads, opportunities, and visits with integrity.
- Use dashboards and analytics for territory planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical sales, product management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience with product development or lifecycle management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, including Salesforce and Alexis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
