The Opportunity

To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Payroll Manager will provide support to our Shared Services. This role is based in Philippines.

• Timely and accurate execution of payroll, taxation and pensions administration processes
• Responsible for monitoring on a daily basis and overseeing daily related activities ensuring adherence to deadlines, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Monitor payroll team ; assists / back-up for payroll, taxation and pensions related activities/processes
• Review, formulate guidelines and procedures for daily operations
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Support, development and implementation of payroll system
• Respond to inquiries relating to payroll, pensions, taxation and associated questions/documents
• Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required

• Professional qualification or Diploma in Accounting or Human Resources Management or business related discipline
• Minimum 7-8 years’ of relevant experience gained from sizeable companies handling full process of payroll with supervisory experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, tax rules and pension schemes etc
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Energetic, flexible, mature and a good-team player
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
• Good command of English
