1. IN-HOUSE PROPERTY SALES SPECIALISTS (REAL ESTATE)

Pay Range: 25,000 + competitive commission scheme

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current buyers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
2. Conduct sales saturation drives to promote the property and schedule site viewing and various promotional campaigns
3. Close sales with confidence and assist buyers with the submission and completion of all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
4. Achieve monthly sales quota as required within the duration of the contract
5. Strategize and collaborate with management to create and develop innovative marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve sales activity

Qualifications:

1. Completed any College/Bachelor’s Degree
2. Preferably with relevant work experience in sales in the real estate industry
3. Strong sense of customer-orientation, thrives under pressure and embraces challenges
4. High degree of responsibility and self-motivation
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with focus on closing sales and fostering client relationships
6. Willingness to work flexible hours
