Constructability - Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with at least 5-10 years of experience specializing in constructability and traffic management planning for railway projects. They will work closely with government agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that comply with Philippine regulations, including those set by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), and other relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare constructability reports to assess design feasibility, identify potential construction challenges, and recommend efficient construction methodologies.
• Develop Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in compliance with DPWH, MMDA, LGU and other applicable regulations in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with DPWH, MMDA, local government units (LGUs), and other agencies.
• Assess site constraints, utility conflicts, and phasing strategies to optimize construction sequencing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License required).
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on constructability and traffic management planning.
• Experience in coordinating with DPWH, MMDA, LGUs, and other regulatory agencies.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine traffic management standards, work zone safety guidelines, and permitting processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in highway, bridge, rail, or urban infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
