We're expanding our mortgage operations and looking for experienced Loan Processors to join our growing team. If you have a background in US mortgage processing and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, we'd love to hear from you.
- Responsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage loan applications
- Verify borrower documentation and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients
- Maintain accuracy and speed across the loan pipeline
- Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in loan processing (US mortgage preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and documentation
- Familiarity with systems and regulatory guidelines
- Experience with mortgage processing systems such as Encompass, Calyx Point, or BytePro, and knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
