Medical Sales Representative (Nursing)

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representative to support revenue growth and handle key accounts within the medical devices sector. This position is responsible for meeting sales objectives, strengthening client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities across assigned territories.

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to expand assigned accounts and territories
• Perform regular business evaluations and report performance updates to management
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and deliver technical assistance to clients as needed
• Facilitate product demonstrations, training, and educational sessions for hospital personnel
• Track competitor movements, market developments, and pricing trends
• Collect customer insights and market data to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with internal departments (service, warehouse, marketing) to deliver excellent customer service
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or any related program
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare field
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Willing to travel within assigned areas
