Posted on 8 June 2026Sales Admin Assistant provides operational support to sales and
distribution activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between retail partners, provincial
distributors, tactical field teams, and internal sales leadership.
Serve as the administrative contact for key retail accounts
and other retail partners
Assist in maintaining updated account profiles, contact records, and purchase history for provincial clients and distributors.
Address basic account concerns and escalate operationalissues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or any related business course. At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, SalesSupport, or administrative roles is preferred.Strong attention to detail in handling sales and inventory data.
Excellent communication skills, especially for phone-basedcoordination with accounts and field teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic sales data consolidation Familiarity with sales reports, inventory monitoring, and retail data
entry systems is an advantage
