Manage and develop a payroll team of one (1) direct report.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory requirements including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR filings and reconciliation.
- Investigate, track, and resolve payroll disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking of all payroll issues and resolutions.
- Provide clear status updates to stakeholders on open issues, risks, and progress.
