Team Leader Accounts Payable

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, balance confirmations, and other reporting requirements.
- Submit period reports on metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Plan, assign, and direct work to the employees in cooperation with the supervisor or manager to manage workload and projects.
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support the objectives of the site and management.
- Respond timely and accurately to the escalations of Level 1 support.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate regular customer communication.
- Evaluate individual performance and conduct performance discussions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting-related courses.
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting, Accounts Payable.
- Solid understanding of internal control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable function (Invoice Processing, Issue Resolution, Payments).
- At least 2 years of experience in handling people.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle and SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
