INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (CLIENT MANAGEMENT)

Job Summary:

These IEs will act as bridge-builders between our technical development and client-facing operations. They will support system-related initiatives, perform business analysis, and ensure that our software modules are optimized for client delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal system development initiatives from planning through delivery to clients.
• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure software meets client-specific needs.
• Optimize interdepartmental workflows to improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
• Support testing and validation of system changes before they are rolled out to clients.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-ups between Client Management and Development.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and workflow diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Required).
• Skills: Strong foundation in process engineering, data analysis, and project management.
• Competencies: Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements; ability to handle multiple shifting priorities.

• Sourcing: Prioritize candidates with a strong analytical background who can handle the "Process Engineering" aspect of our upcoming system turnovers.
