About the role
Become an integral part of the ABest Express Inc. team as a Courier / Motorized Rider based in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of parcels and packages to customers, playing a crucial role in the company's success.
What you'll be doing- Pick up and deliver parcels and packages to customers within the designated service area
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure the safe and secure transport of all items
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the broader team to optimise delivery routes and processes
- Valid driver's license and experience operating a motorcycle or scooter
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
- Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the road network
