• Source and develop relationships with both local and Chinese/international suppliers for tools and hardware.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and contract terms.
• Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for shipments and inventory management.
• Handle import documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CO, etc.).
• Monitor market trends and identify new products or suppliers to expand the company’s tool lineup.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier communications, and cost tracking.
• Conduct quality checks or coordinate with third-party inspectors when required.
• Assist in cost analysis and process improvements for the purchasing cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language
• With or without procurement experience, preferably in the hardware or tools industry.
• Strong background in international sourcing and importation, especially from China and Taiwan.
• Familiar with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement software or ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
