Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain 99.5 % target of inventory accuracy.

1. Conduct monthly inventory cycle count with reconciliation.
2. Conduct year end count and reconciliation together with Accounting.
3. Oversee real time processing of all warehouse transactions
4. Monitor inventory movement report and their status.
5. Collaboratively working with IT for the ERP system alignment

1. Promote effective and proper warehouse management

1. Oversee correct and proper tagging and labelling of each items per storage location
2. Establish first in first out policy
3. Proper stocking and optimization of storage area w/ correct categorization of each items
4. Promotes good housekeeping.
5. Maintain cleanliness inside & outside of the warehouse
6. Proper storage of materials and removal of unnecessary items
7. Follow safety protocols, facilitate activities to put safety compliance in practice.

1. Maintain good material handling practices

1. Establish proper tagging of storage location considering the categorization or class of each items
2. Ensuring safety in workplaces where material transportation and storage location is given attention
3. Establish and monitors the proper way in lifting of materials according to safety standards. Observe physical and health conditions of each workers
4. Oversee proper storage and loading practices to mitigate the possible harmful effect and operational delays.

1. Manage to eliminate the return & back order of delivery items

1. Correct, accurate and complete of incoming and outgoing items based on documents, requirements and destination.
2. Counter checking and validation of items before receiving and issuance.
3. Collaboratively working with transport for delivery details and prioritization.

1. Oversee dispatching & receiving transactions

1. Maintain inbound and outbound efficiency of all warehouse transactions
2. Correct & complete sets of documents needed to support each transactions (Incoming & outgoing)
3. Maintain good filing management
4. Strictly following of the basic protocol, requirements and reports needed during receiving and issuance of materials and in accordance on the approved process or policy

1. Perform Obsolete Management

1. Validation of potential obsolete items through aging analysis
2. Establish weekly or daily disposal of scrap items
3. Optimization and utilization of non-moving items. Submission of summary reports w/ recommendations of usage

1. Supervise warehouse personnel

1. Prepares and process personnel working shift schedules
2. Processes annual performance evaluation.
3. Processes purchase requisition request or MSIS needed by the team.
4. Perform employee’s coaching or counselling and process disciplinary action if needed.
5. Process PRF for the needed man power and assist HR during the interview
6. Perform process orientation/ briefing and disseminate new policies and procedures.
7. Prepares incident report and process internal investigation in coordination with the involved department.

1. Reporting

1. Submits inventory report (inventory movement report, aging report, etc.)
2. Revising and updating Warehouse Standard Manual Process
3. Risk Management Assessment and report
4. CAR (Corrective Action Report)
5. Yearly consumption report and project for budget preparation
6. Monthly Supervisor Report
7. Attend OM meeting

1. Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory
• With proven leadership exposure
• Knowledgeable in inventory techniques and systems, warehouse management practices
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Flexible, hardworking and willing to work in a shifting schedule
