The Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure such as roads, bridges and utilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage civil construction projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and local authorities.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Oversee construction and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Address design and development problems.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• Proven work experience in construction, infrastructure, or related field.
• Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, STAAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
