About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, platforms, and solutions that enable Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics across the organization. This role requires expertise in data engineering, cloud-enabled technologies, and enterprise data warehouse design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw data (internal and external) to generate BI and Advanced Analytics datasets.
• Design scalable data pipelines to curate data into the in-house data warehouse.
• Develop data marts for dataset consumption by both business and IT stakeholders.
• Implement data model changes aligned with warehouse standards.
• Define and execute data migration activities from legacy systems.

• Perform housekeeping of raw and warehouse-stored data.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, platforms, and prototypes.
• Improve data quality and reliability, and source better raw data.
• Develop analytical tooling for BI and Advanced Analytics.
• Execute database migration projects.
• Promote and champion data engineering standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Strong understanding or practical experience with Enterprise Agile Frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of ETL, data warehouse, BI (Qlik), and Advanced Analytics concepts
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS RDS, AWS Fargate, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with databases/data warehouses (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Advanced programming skills in Java and/or Python
• Practical experience with ETL tools such as AWS Glue
