Senior DevOps Engineer - Quezon City

Work Location : Makati/Cebu IT Park

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Node.js applications (using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Automate deployment processes for staging and production environments, ensuring zero-downtime releases and rollback strategies.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Ensure infrastructure and application security following DevSecOps practices (IAM policies, secret management, vulnerability scanning).
• Work closely with software engineers, architects, and QA teams to improve deployment and development workflows.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and optimize AWS resources for cost efficiency.
• Document operational processes, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with at least 3 years working with Node.js applications in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and Lambda (at least 5 yrs)
• Familiarity with Node.js deployment, package management, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, and similar. (at least 5 yrs)
• Knowledge of Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS.
• Experience with tools like CloudWatch/ELK Stack/Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages. (at least 5 yrs.)
• Understanding of DevSecOps, secrets management, and AWS security best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
