SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Content Specialist to ensure visual and written elements are aligned, on-brand, and optimized for audience engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding and messaging. This role will involve close collaboration with our Content Specialist to bring campaigns to life through cohesive storytelling and design. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to video editing and motion graphics as needed for marketing campaigns and internal projects.
• Create engaging graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, emails, digital ads, and blog posts.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Specialist to ensure alignment between written and visual content across all campaigns and deliverables.
• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, one-pagers, banners, trade show materials, and internal communications.
• Support video editing efforts for promotional content, client testimonials, thought leadership pieces, and internal videos.
• Develop motion graphics, title cards, intros/outro, and lower thirds to enhance video content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets, adhering to the company’s brand guidelines and tone.
• Assist with visual updates and asset creation for the company website, landing pages, and popups.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously while remaining flexible and detail-oriented.
• Organize and maintain a library of templates, graphic assets, and brand materials for cross-functional use.
• Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Stay current with design trends, digital media best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience; in-house marketing or agency experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, brand awareness, and marketing-focused design.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills and an understanding of visual storytelling in motion.
• Excellent time management and project organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and give/receive constructive feedback.
• Experience in healthcare, tech, or B2B industries is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, HubSpot, or WordPress is a plus.
• Capacity to understand the company brand and visually represent complex concepts clearly and creatively.

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
