Job Description
We are hiring for a ServiceNow Technical Lead with a leading client in BGC, Taguig. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) with a mid-shift schedule, offering a competitive salary of 200,000 250,000 per month.
About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will drive the architecture, development, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, and ITIL solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and automation solutions (Washington release or later).
- Architect and optimize ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and security frameworks.
- Customize applications (CMDB, Workflows, ACLs, UI Scripts, NowAssist AI).
- Drive automation with Flow Designer, RPA, and AI-powered workflows.
- Manage integrations with enterprise systems (Snowflake, Cloud, ERP).
- Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT, including 7+ years in ServiceNow leadership/development roles.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow (Washington release or later), ITSM, ITIL, and Cloud.
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) & ITIL certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Angular, Jelly, REST APIs.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, AI automation, and integrations (e.g., Snowflake).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
