Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Training Assistant Manager to lead the development and execution of sales training programs within the real estate industry. This role will focus on conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), designing targeted learning solutions, and evaluating training effectiveness to support the growth and performance of our sales team across horizontal and vertical real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and learning opportunities within the sales team
- Design, develop, and implement customized training programs focused on real estate sales techniques, client engagement, project knowledge, and regulatory compliance
- Deliver engaging onboarding and continuing education for new and existing agents across horizontal (residential) and vertical (commercial) developments
- Create training materials, modules, manuals, and digital content that align with company goals and real estate best practices
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, HR, and Marketing departments to align training with business strategies and sales targets
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, PD 957, and other relevant regulations to ensure accurate and compliant training content
- Coach, mentor, and support sales professionals to strengthen competencies and increase overall productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training and development, preferably within the real estate industry
- Proven expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, and performance evaluation
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales cycles, project types (horizontal/vertical), and property regulations
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-learning tools, and CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pampanga (Free accommodation)
