About the role

We are seeking a talented Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team at NPT CPA Accounting Services' in Cavite. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with a wide range of tax-related services and financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

Prepare accurate and timely tax returns and financial statements for individual and business clients
Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring clients meet all relevant tax obligations
Conduct research and provide advice on tax-related matters
Collaborate with the broader accounting team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Maintain detailed records and documentation to support financial reporting
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and accounting practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or tax-related role
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
