A Field Sales Coordinator is typically responsible for supporting and coordinating field sales activities to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily activities of field sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and track sales targets.
- Prepare and consolidate sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Ensure timely implementation of sales and trade marketing programs.
- Assist in territory planning, route management, and coverage optimization.
- Support product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- College level or graduate of Business, Marketing, or a related course.
- Experience in sales coordination, field sales, or account management.
