  • Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training Korea and local employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities;
  • Accomplish Korean and local staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job result; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures;
  • Ensure that the office supplies are stocked, equipment is working and properly maintained;
  • Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating option, approving invoices in Korean an in English;
  • Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results;
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filling and retrieval systems in Filipino and in Korean;
  • Improve program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results base on the Philippines and Korean Standards;
  • Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances, In coordination with the Korean Financial Manager.
  • Maintain continuity among corporate, division and teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Good Communication Skills with Experience and Educational Background
  • Proficient in English and Korean Language.
  • Can able to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively for Administrative matters.
  • 2 years experienced successfully managed and develop the Administrative function for the company.
