The Accounting Assistant – General Accounting is responsible for maintaining and updating the accounting records of the Main Office. He/ She is responsible for updating the book of accounts and subsidiary ledgers or schedules, and safekeeping of accounting records and documents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year Bookkeeping/ Accounting/ Banking/ Financial Services or equivalent/related experience is an advantage.
• Work experience in a Cooperative, Bank, and/or Microfinance setting is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic general accounting procedures, bookkeeping, finance-general/cost accounting, taxation, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and fund management.
• Perform all necessary accounting works such as but not limited to banking, payroll preparation, and other accounts reconciliation.
• Compile and input vouchers, invoices, checks, statements, reports, and other pertinent records.
• With good written and oral communication skills, analytical skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work in San Fernando, Pampanga (Main Office)
