Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to guest inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone
- Help manage reservation requests and booking confirmations
- Coordinate with resort operations to ensure accurate room availability
- Maintain organized records of bookings and guest details
- Provide basic customer support and follow-up for inquiries
- Assist in other administrative tasks related to reservations
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related courses
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Ermita, Manila
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online booking tools)
