Posted on 27 July 2025- Encode and update data accurately into the system (sales, inventory, HR, or other operational data)
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files of encoded data
- Check data for errors and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections
- Generate simple reports as required by the supervisor or manager
- Ensure confidentiality of all company records and information
- Assist in other clerical tasks as assigned
- At least a Senior High School Graduate or a college-level graduate
- Experience as an encoder or data entry is an advantage
- Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Organized, reliable, and trustworthy
