Accounting Associate (Muntinlupa-based)

Location: Tunasan, Muntinlupa City (APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO AND FROM THE HEAD OFFICE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions and managing invoices.
• Process payments, handle accounts payable and receivable, and maintain financial records.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing office supplies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in payroll processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in both retail and construction divisions.
• Handle correspondence and basic clerical duties as required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic training or coursework in bookkeeping and office administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
