About the role

This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for the company. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila.

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support the company's marketing and business objectives
2. Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement and analytics reporting
3. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to enhance the company's social media presence
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
5. Measure and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights to improve strategy and content
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, tools and best practices
7. Provide guidance and training to other members of the marketing team on effective social media management

1. 1-3 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms
3. In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and best practices
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content
5. Strong creativity and adaptability to continuously improve social media performance
6. Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
