Job Title: Master Data & Reporting Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data & Reporting Associate to support our Supply Chain & Logistics operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in data management, reporting, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data in internal systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supply chain data
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making
- Assist in data cleansing, validation, and standardization initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and issue resolution
- Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements
- Support system updates, audits, and documentation of data processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of reporting tools is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
