Secretary (Korean-speaking) - Manila

Work Schedule: 9am -6pm, (Monday-Saturday)

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and schedules for the CEO
• Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents in Korean and English.
• Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide real-time translation or interpretation during meetings, calls, or business trips.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive documents and records.
• Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and tracking progress on key projects
• Conduct research and provide insights or recommendations to aid in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand Korean conversationally (fluent Korean not required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years in a similar role (front desk, coordinator, secretary, or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.).
• Tech savvy, proficient in using office computer software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
