IT Technician and Web Developer

The ideal candidate will not only troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure but also develop website features, assist in implementing a payroll system, and ensure proper care of office and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain office PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for in-house systems, applications, and user accounts.
• Support and maintain IT-related office equipment, including CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs when needed.
• Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues in office and production areas.
• Assist in setting up wired and wireless network connections for workstations and devices.
• Provide support for video editing workstations, shared drives, and storage devices used in creative production.
• Maintain IT support logs, system documentation, and asset inventory.

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites, ensuring design, security, and functionality align with business needs.
• Implement new website features and optimize performance for user experience.
• Manage and upload campaign materials, digital content, and assets.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining a payroll system (setup, configuration, testing, training, and user support).

• Act as custodian of IT equipment and office devices used in media production.
• Monitor and ensure proper use, storage, and accountability of technical resources.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and generate reports on IT asset status.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (excluding OJT).
• Solid foundation in:
• Computer hardware troubleshooting
• Networking (LAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting)
• Website updates and development (HTML, CSS, basic PHP/WordPress or similar CMS)
• Experience or willingness to learn:
• Payroll system implementation
• Custodian/asset management tasks
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and support creative workflows in a media and advertising environment.
