PDI Technician - Cebu

This full-time PDI Technician role at Auto Global, Inc.' in Central Visayas presents an exciting opportunity to join a leading global automotive company. As a PDI Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards for our vehicles, contributing to the company's success and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing- Conducting detailed testing and assessments to verify the proper functioning of all vehicle systems and components
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of trucks, including mechanical, electrical, and visual checks.
- Perform functional tests on engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, lights, and onboard systems.
- Inspect and verify fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, transmission fluid, etc.).
- Check for cosmetic defects, scratches, or dents on the exterior and interior.
- Collaborating with the sales and service teams to resolve any customer concerns or questions related to vehicle condition
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all PDI activities
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the inspection process
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices
- Certified technician with at least 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address vehicle issues efficiently
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and computer-based systems to perform vehicle inspections
