Entry-Level Accounts Payable Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Associate to support daily accounting and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, able to handle administrative tasks efficiently, and maintain accuracy in processing company payables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, billing, and payment requests accurately
• Monitor and record accounts payable transactions
• Assist in preparing checks, vouchers, and payment documentation
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
