• Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in customer service or call center industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
• Proficient in using computer applications and customer management systems
