QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Sketchup
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and architectural standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the design team in developing architectural concepts, schematic designs, and layouts.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials under supervision.
• Assist in the production of design development, permit, and construction documents.
• Ensure technical outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with building codes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers to explore innovative materials and design solutions.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of project documents and reports.
• Perform research on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to support ongoing innovation.
• Participate in team meetings and reviews, seeking mentorship and feedback from senior staff.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure design accuracy and consistency across project phases.
