Marketing Assistant (Multimedia Artist/ Graphic Designer)

Job description:

The position entails developing high volumes of creative content for marketing collaterals, large format and digital media, among others. The Multimedia Designer will collaborate with other members of the department to ensure that creative content will be aligned with the specific objectives of the marketing initiative.

The key responsibilities will be :

1. Conceptualizes, suggests and implements unique designs consistent with the branding of the company and each project;
2. Generates various graphic and video content within a set timeline to support and meet a specific marketing objective;
3. Comes up with creative design concepts that will present the company’s marketing strategy effectively;
4. Follows departmental tasking, documentation, archiving, and reporting procedures;
5. Updates design concepts and approach based on feedback and reports from revenue-generating departments;
6. Researches, documents, implements and maintains best practices in design;
7. Develops design processes that will help improve workflow and increase efficient within the collaborating teams;
8. Coordinates with project handlers to make sure that all tasks are up to dates, and that all output are of high quality and delivered on time; and
9. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts and Graphic Design, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years of experience as a creative professional preferably from an automotive industry.
• Knowledge of various graphic and video editing software, including but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere and Capcut
• A strong visual and creative sense;
• Responsible and has the ability to meet deadlines;
• Capacity to handle more than one project simultaneously
• Ability to pay attention to details and be well-organized;
• Able to handle criticism and provides value-adding inputs when necessary;
• Knowledge in photography and videography is preferred;
• Willing to work in Makati City, and other locations on occasions for event set-ups and coverages;
• Proficient in driving and must possess a valid driver’s license is a plus
• Can start immediately
