Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple accounts, including Logistics and other customer support programs.

• No BPO Experience Required - Salary Offer Up to ₱25,000
• Experienced Accounts – Salary Offer Up to ₱33,000

• Virtual Hiring Process Available

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Process customer requests while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance and quality standards.

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience (account qualification may vary).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at any Cebu location.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Salary package of up to ₱33,000 depending on account and qualifications.
