About the role
As a Senior Research Application Project Manager at Onepay Digital Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic implementation of cutting-edge research projects. In this full-time position based in Imus City, Cavite, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, technology-driven initiatives that are essential to the company's growth and innovation.
What you'll be doing- Provide expert-level project management for the design, development and deployment of research applications and tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, and business teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless project execution
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues and providing effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Lead project status reporting, stakeholder management and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
- Mentor and guide junior project managers to build a high-performing team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies, tools and industry trends
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a focus on research application development
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, technology-driven projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior project managers is highly desirable
