The Store Crew responsibilities include achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Store Crew will be working closely with customers to determine their needs, recommend the right solutions, ensure maximum client satisfaction by staying up-to-date with products and maintain the store’s visual appearance in high standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides efficient, friendly, and courteous service to all customers.
Support daily operations of the store. Perform cashiering activity ensuring accuracy in all transactions.Complete sales documents daily.
Conducts store inventory according to set procedures and guidelines.
Follows set guidelines on receiving and storing products.
Lifts and carries cases of goods and beverage items and arrange accordinglyStock shelves, chillers, freezers as needed.
Performs basic equipment cleaning and maintenance as scheduled.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the stockrooms and the store.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/RequirementsJOB SPECIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree
Must have at least 3 months work experience in retail industryFlexibility to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity, positive outlook and commitment to customer satisfaction.
