The Application Analyst is responsible for providing resolution to our customer issues that come in via phone call or email that cannot be resolved on the first pass.- Responsibilities:
- Identifying Issue Trends: The Application Analyst is the first person to identify an issue once it's been validated as a true issue. They are responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
- Working interdepartmentally: Depending on the type of issue, the Application Analyst may need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, Account Managers, to help resolve reported issues.
- Problem Solving: The Application Analyst should be able to analyze issues accurately to create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
- Communication: The Application Analyst should be able to effectively communicate root cause analysis to appropriate audience whether it be internally or with a client.
- Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate but with at least 1 year of work-related experience
- Excellent multi-tasking skillsrequired to carry out multiple cases at one time
- Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skill
- Great organizational skills and detail oriented
