BPO Team Operations Leader - Logistics | Teleperformance MOA
About the role
This is a full-time position as a BPO Team Operations Leader at Teleperformance's office in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and support to Teleperformance's clients in the logistics industry.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality service
- Coach, train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor team metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Escalate and report any significant issues or concerns to management
- Minimum of 1-4 years' experience in a customer service or BPO team leadership role
- Strong understanding of call centre operations and metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Experience in the logistics industry is preferred
- Proficient in both English and Filipino
