Job Description: QA Engineer – MTerra Solar Project
About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join the MTerra Solar Project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, conducting audits, and maintaining the highest quality standards across project processes, documentation, and records.Candidates with experience in renewable energy projects or similar large-scale infrastructure initiatives are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal quality audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Review and validate project processes, documentation, and records.
- Support ISO awareness training and promote quality culture across teams.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure compliance with QA procedures.
- Prepare QA reports and maintain audit records for management review.
- Education: BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE); Professional License preferred.
- Certification: Certified ISO 9001 Auditor.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant QA experience (auditing, process/document reviews, record validations, etc.).
- Background in renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, hydro) or similar infrastructure projects with QA duties relevant to this position.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and QA methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
