Nuclear medical technologist

Job Description

• Assesses and accepts laboratory test requisitions from physicians and hospital units
• Performs specialized nuclear medicine procedures such as SPECT scans, Bone Densitometry, Thyroid Function Tests, and Renal Procedures
• Prepares and administers radioactive materials following safety and radiation protection protocols
• Operates, maintains, and calibrates nuclear medicine equipment to ensure accurate imaging results
• Conducts quality control procedures and monitors equipment performance
• Processes, interprets, and releases imaging results promptly for physician review
• etc.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory
• Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist
• Willing to be trained
• Recent board passers are encouraged to apply
• Can start as soon as possible
