We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Associate to support our global export, import, and dangerous goods operations. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations and works closely with cross‑functional teams including Logistics, Legal, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

This position is suited for professionals with hands‑on experience in trade compliance, customs administration, or regulatory processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage export, import, and dangerous goods compliance controls
  • Apply for and maintain export/import licenses, permits, and certifications
  • Perform product classification and ensure accurate trade compliance documentation
  • Review export/import shipments, technical data, foreign travel, and foreign visits for compliance
  • Coordinate with local and international regulatory agencies as required
  • Conduct screening and due diligence to support sales and go‑to‑market activities
  • Maintain trade compliance records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support Legal in investigating and resolving compliance issues
  • Assist in implementing compliance training, audits, and internal assessments
  • Generate reports and performance metrics for trade compliance processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customs Administration, Supply Chain, or related course
  • With 6mos to 1 year experience in Trade Compliance, Restricted Party List Screening, or similar regulatory role, preferably in a global logistics industry
  • Working knowledge of export/import compliance processes and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work night shift (US time zone)
  • Willing to comply with 10+ return‑to‑office days per month
