WFH AU Commercial Real Estate Sales Support Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support an Australian commercial property team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in commercial real estate administration, marketing support, CRM management, and listing coordination.

You will work closely with agents and internal stakeholders to ensure listings, presentations, databases, and marketing materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.

• Create and update commercial property listings
• Perform data entry, extraction, and deal recording using Excel spreadsheets
• Manage and maintain CRM records and property databases
• Assist with listing presentations and marketing collateral
• Create EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail campaigns) and e-brochures
• Design basic social media graphics for sold, listed, and leased properties
• Complete photo markups and image editing for marketing purposes
• Prepare and send Information Memorandums (IMs)
• Assist with curbside appraisals and property research
• Coordinate administrative and marketing tasks for commercial property campaigns

• Experience supporting commercial real estate agents in Australia
• Familiarity with property marketing workflows and campaign coordination
• Experience with EDM platforms and commercial listing portals
• Knowledge of commercial property terminology and documentation
