Quality Control Inspector (Fashion) - Muntinlupa

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure product quality, through effective and efficient systems and methods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Supervises and schedules In-House Inspection activities to ensure labor and cost efficiency.
• Performs quality audit of goods at GABC site
• Receives imported deliveries upon endorsement by Distribution Center and maintains inventory records.
• Coordinates with Quality Control Non-office Inspectors in scheduling, distributing, and inspecting and/or testing imported goods.
• Records inspection data and provides management with accurate reports on the status of goods inspected.
• Coordinates closely with the Quality Control, Merchandising, Buying, and Distribution Center Team for the disposition and processing of rejected stocks.
• Recommends course of action for the discrepancies found in inspection.
• Provides other departments (IPA, DC, MBG, Accounting) with accurate and timely reports on In-house inspected goods and notifies the QC Manager for discrepancies/irregularities in anticipation of possible quality issues.
• Participates with management personnel in establishing and updating procedures on inspection and processing of goods for in-house inspection
• Implements quality policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and tasks assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Can communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Computer literate
• Results-oriented and has a good command of urgency under extreme pressure.
• Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative and highly organized.
• Act sensibly to meet deadlines and commitments to clients.
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City.
• No work experience required.
