Job Summary:

Supervises and leads a team of cabinet makers and installers to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of cabinetry works according to plans and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cabinetry fabrication and installation activities
Interpret shop drawings and ensure proper execution on-site or in the workshop
Monitor progress, workmanship, and material usage
Lead and supervise retoucher, helper, and installers on site
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards
Coordinate with project managers, and internal teams
Assist on-site issues and ensure timely resolution
Conduct quality checks during installation

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate; vocational/technical training in carpentry or woodworking preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a foreman or cabinet maker
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on-site and lead field installation when needed
