Early Chilhood Teacher

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to guide young learners using a Montessori approach. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, hands-on learning environment where children develop independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities for preschool and kindergarten students.
• Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through exploration and self-directed learning.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing meaningful feedback to parent partners.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education (SPED), or a related field.
• Professional License is a plus
• Master's degree holders are an advantage but not required
• Experience with Montessori or child-centered teaching methods is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and parent partnership skills.
• Passionate about nurturing young learners in a holistic, Montessori-inspired environment.
